Help
Newschoolyard’s SitePages 6.0, built on the open source Drupal platform, is so easy to use that we doubt you will require help often, beyond an initial online training session. If and when you do need help, newschoolyard support comes in four flavors.
1. Most questions can be answered through our online user manual, which installs with every deployment of our system.
2. Newschoolyard is actively building both a knowledge base and a user forum populated by user experience. We welcome your contributions to our knowledge base forum and urge all users to make the knowledge base their first stop in seeking online answers to questions.
3. Your monthly subscription fee allows for one hour of support each month. Should users within your school require more than one hour of support in a given month, one-on-one support is available in blocks of 5 hour units at $150hr. Whereas unused hours of support do not accrue from month to month, block purchased support hours never expire and are renewable. One-on-one support is also available in single-hour increments at a rate of $185/hr.
4. As members of the worldwide community of Drupal developers, users confident in their level of technical knowledge are encouraged to visit the Drupal knowledgebase, at http://drupal.org/forum For matters requiring immediate attention, support requests may be submitted by phone, otherwise users are asked to submit support requests by logging into your CRMDesk account to open a job ticket providing details of your particular issue. Our support staff will investigate the matter immediately during opening hours, which are 8 AM to 6 PM EST. In the case of after-hours urgent support requests we will attempt to service your request within the hour of its receipt.
